Professor Saadia said that if physical activity, such as taking a bath or walking, is less intense than climbing stairs, it is a sign to consult a doctor.


According to him, healthy young people should not face breathing problems in normal activities.

Some people know that some diseases like asthma cause difficulty in breathing.


But other serious causes include pneumonia, carbon monoxide poisoning, heart attack, heart failure, and lung disease.
